Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which our handcrafted and handmade products are offered to you. By engaging in a transaction, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Agreement to Terms: By purchasing our handcrafted products, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Updates and Modifications: Please be aware that these terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued purchases signify acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Specifications

• Accurate Information Guarantee: We ensure that all information regarding our products and their makers is true and reliable, reflecting the genuine quality and story behind each item.

• We conduct internal audits with regular updates and access the information true to their source as shared with us. We do not do financial auditing or in-depth checks. We strive to do regular check-ins with our partners to assure the authenticity of the products. 

• Variations: Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, design, and size may occur. The sampling process is a good indicator to reduce this discrepancy but not always possible to completely avoid. 

3. Purchasing Process

• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon acceptance and subject to product availability.

• Custom Orders: For products made to order, specific details such as MOQ, design, and production timelines will be communicated during the quotation process.

• Once the order is confirmed, after processing payment there may not be any possibility for changes especially if the production has been started. This might differ on a case-to-case basis. Our highest goal is the best customer satisfaction and we strive to achieve in its fullest form through all possible means within our capacity. 

4. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices and transactions are in Euros. This might sometimes we show in USD. This is accepted too. 

• Inclusive Pricing: Prices include applicable taxes and charges as listed on the platform or provided in your quotation.

• Secure Payments: All transactions are securely processed through the platform for your convenience and security. The platform uses third-party vendor where the payment details are stored such as Stripe and the platform itself does not store any sensitive payment information. 

5. Shipping and Handling

• Shipping Details: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase on the platform.

• Insured Shipping: To ensure the safety of your purchase, all shipments can be insured on an extra cost which shall be communicated with the clients at the time of shipping

• Our shipping policy is universally EXWORKS for all orders and customers, if not explicitly said otherwise. 

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We are a B2B sustainable sourcing platform where most products are customizable to customer needs. 

• No Returns Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for products purchased as-is.

• Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event, that you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer exchanges, subject to verification with our artisan groups and product availability. If the damage occurs on the shipping level, we will assist you in dealing with the shipping companies for further assistance. 

• Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products: Should you receive a defective or damaged product, a refund may be processed after verification, given there is undeniable evidence that the damage occurred before shipment at the workshop of the makers/artisan or at our QC centers. 

7. Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations are subject to specific conditions and may incur charges, depending on the stage of order processing or customization. This shall be handled on a case to case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed. 

8. Product Warranties

• Warranty Terms: Any warranties or guarantees provided for products, if applicable, will be explicitly stated at the point of sale. 

9. User Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase and use of our products.

• Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided during the purchase process is accurate and complete.

10. Amendments to Terms

• Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Your continued purchases indicate acceptance of these changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the transaction occurs. 

12. Dispute Resolution

• Resolution Process: Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through negotiation and mediation, and if necessary, through arbitration or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
